What we expect
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, medical technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ownership of solutions from customer problem and concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Strong customer-centric and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate customer needs and business opportunities into compelling value propositions and prioritized solution roadmaps.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and align internal stakeholders and external partners around common objectives.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, quickly understanding complex challenges, creating structure and alignment, and driving execution from concept to delivery.
- Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or fitness is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%) to support partner collaboration and solution development.
