Business Engineer

The role

As a Business Engineer, you bring together a unique blend of business and technological expertise to help our clients drive business value and operational excellence. You’ll work at the crossroads of business, technology, and processes, solving real-world challenges across exciting industries. You are hands-on with technology and understand business and process context deeply to build solutions that solve problems at scale. You’ll consult stakeholders, analyse challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn them into concrete, value-adding, and transformational outcomes. You support client’s business stakeholders by enabling data-driven decision-making by building business case analyses, dashboards, and KPIs hands-on. You also drive impact by bridging communication between business teams and technical implementers to ensure changes are delivered effectively. You will be backed by a team of entrepreneurial, technically brilliant colleagues from diverse backgrounds, from software to business and data engineering. You’ll exchange ideas and learn from one another every day.
