Growth Marketing Manager, DACH: own the growth of a region in a global software company

The role

As our Growth Marketing Manager for DACH, your main responsibility is creating a steady flow of high-quality pipeline for all account executives in the region, from both new and existing customers. In practice, you will: Own the DACH marketing plan, budget and pipeline targets Build demand generation, ABM and field marketing together with sales and our SDR team Launch fast, timely campaigns when something happens in the market, and turn news into pipeline within days Plan events and campaigns so that they support the sales quarters Make our German presence sound truly German by working with our global digital team on localized messaging, content and search Help build local proof together with our partner and customer marketing teams: DACH customer stories, testimonials and analyst coverage Work with our channel team to drive pipeline through co-marketing and co-sell initiatives with partners Track results, cut what doesn't work, and bring the numbers to every planning conversation After 1 month: You know the DACH sales team, our customers and our offering. You’ve learned the 2027 marketing plan, made the final calls on it and built an execution plan for the quarter. You’ve met our digital agency and understand their plan and focus areas. After 6 months: Your DACH marketing plan is running. Your first campaigns are live with sales and SDRs, and you can see in the data which channels and messages work in the German market. You’re fluent in our marketing tech stack (e.g. Dreamdata, HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Power BI) and use AI tools in your daily work. You’ve built your network across the EMEA and global organization. After 12 months: Every DACH account executive gets a steady flow of qualified leads. Marketing and sales work as one team, and you can show the pipeline marketing has created and its conversion to closed deals.
