Some say sauna and braai don't mix. We disagree. At Draivi, you'll lead marketing for South Africa, where we already serve more than 2 million users, from our Helsinki office, with a work-life balance that's as serious as our growth ambitions.
Draivi is a leading performance marketing company that helps its partners acquire customers online. With a presence in the Nordics, Spain, Germany, South Africa, Mexico and beyond, we generate over 400,000 unique leads each month through our comparison websites and have more than 8 million registered users.
South Africa is one of our fastest growing markets, with more than 2 million users, and we're scaling fast. Now we're looking for a Marketing Lead to own all marketing for the market and take it to the next level.
As Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for every marketing channel in South Africa, from media buying to direct marketing, and you'll set the direction for how we grow. You'll work from Helsinki as part of our performance marketing hub, and closely with our business development lead in South Africa, who recently joined as our first local hire.
It's the rare combination of a proven business and a team still being built, so your ideas will shape how we grow. And don't worry about the distance: Helsinki and Johannesburg share the same time zone for half the year and are just one hour apart for the rest.
We're looking for someone who is self-driven, quick to learn, and passionate about performance marketing. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with one of the fastest-growing performance marketing companies in the Nordics, we want to hear from you!

Work with our business development lead in South Africa and our performance marketing hub in Helsinki to turn market and partner insight into campaigns
Contribute to content and SEO initiatives for the South African market

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaign management
Budget ownership: experience managing budgets and prioritizing across several channels
Solid understanding of SEA/SEM, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and the latest digital marketing tools
Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights
Problem-solving mindset: able to think beyond the obvious and uncover new growth opportunities
Collaboration: able to lead and coordinate people you may not directly manage, such as local colleagues, freelancers and partners
Fluent written and spoken skills in English
Experience in financial services, lead generation or affiliate marketing
