Keep the office tidy, presentable and well stocked, including meeting rooms, kitchens and restrooms.
Provide practical, on-site assistance to the IT team when needed.
Your Professional Profile
You bring previous work experience in service, hospitality, office coordination or a similar field, ideally within banking or financial services. You have a strong service mindset and an excellent eye for detail, taking pride in everything from a well-prepared meeting room to a warm welcome for visitors. Structured and proactive, you adapt to changing priorities, anticipate needs and follow tasks through to completion. You combine professionalism and discretion with a friendly approach and feel confident taking ownership and building positive relationships.
We believe that you have:
Previous professional experience in a similar role or in service, hospitality, reception or another relevant field.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain an overview of daily office operations.
A structured approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
The ability to work independently, anticipate needs and follow tasks through to completion.
Confidence in taking initiative, coordinating activities and moving things forward.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, visitors and suppliers.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Completed upper secondary education and very good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
We are looking for someone who can draw on previous workplace experience to take ownership of the role and confidently handle the practical demands of a busy office.
Previous experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
