Global Search Manager

Job description

As Global Search Manager, you will shape how customers discover Rituals across paid, organic and emerging AI-driven search experiences. You will lead our search specialists and bring clear direction to a discipline where customer behaviour, technology and measurement are changing quickly. With paid search representing the largest part of your day-to-day scope, you will translate performance insights into focused choices across products, markets and budgets, while ensuring that paid and organic strategies strengthen each other. An important part of your impact will be building a continuous approach to incrementality testing, helping us understand the true additional value of our advertising investments and use those insights to make better decisions. You will also develop our strategy for agentic search, working closely with PR, Marketplaces, local markets and external partners such as Google and Microsoft. Based at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam, you will combine hands-on channel leadership with the opportunity to define the next chapter of search at Rituals. In this role, you will: Lead, coach and develop the paid and organic search team, creating clear priorities and supporting specialists in their professional growth. Direct paid-search performance across products, countries and budgets, turning data into focused weekly priorities and informed investment decisions. Establish a continuous cadence of incrementality tests and use the findings to improve campaigns, budget allocation and the balance between paid and organic activity. Develop and activate our agentic-search strategy, helping Rituals remain visible as customers increasingly use chatbots and AI-driven search experiences. Build strong partnerships with local markets, PR, Marketplaces, Google, Microsoft and other stakeholders, providing clear advice while critically assessing platform recommendations.
