Lead Data Analyst
Own the data assets behind our products end to end — from the customer conversation through the models and pipelines to the metrics that ship.
What you’ll do
- Join customer meetings to gather requirements and turn them into data and product specifications.
- Design and build reports and dashboards for internal teams and customers.
- Own Behavix's data assets end to end, including sourcing, modelling, documentation, and access.
- Set and enforce data quality standards through validation, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Define the vision and roadmap for data products built on behavioural data.
- Architect data products hands-on, from data models and pipelines through to the metrics they deliver.
- Work with product and engineering to take data products from prototype to production.
What we’re looking for
Proven hands-on experience designing data products, ideally with behavioural or user-interaction data.
Strong SQL and Python for analysis, prototyping, and automation.
Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Deep knowledge of data modelling, pipeline design, and data quality frameworks.
Ability to translate customer needs into data requirements, and data into product features.
Confident communicator with customers and senior stakeholders.
Product mindset, with experience shaping data-driven roadmaps.
