Abhilash holds a PhD in Population Genetics from the University of Helsinki and an MSc in Environmental Biology from the University of Delhi. With several years of experience in genomics, he specializes in next-generation sequencing technologies and its applications. He has worked as a Senior Researcher at the University of Helsinki and as a Research Fellow at the Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology in India, focusing on interdisciplinary studies that use genomics data to understand the impact of climate change on biodiversity and human health.
His work on SARS-COV2 diagnostics sparked his interest in clinical diagnostics, leading him to provide analytical solutions for clinical genomics projects in both industry and academia.
