Software Engineer - Crypto Prop Firm

Software Engineer, Core Team

London (on-site)

A crypto-native prop firm hiring two to four engineers onto its core team. Six people currently run one of the largest DeFi trading operations in the world, so the leverage per person is unusual.

Why it's worth a look

• Pure individual contributor seats with a clear path to trader and dev hybrid roles. Every trader at the firm started as an engineer.
• Small team, real ownership. You ship to production and work on genuinely hard problems.
• Tripled in size in a few years, team out of Tower, Goldman and Citadel Securities, and no regrettable turnover since inception.
• Comp to compete with anyone.

What we're looking for

• 2 to 4 years of engineering experience
• Currently at a tier-1 crypto market maker, crypto prop, or systematic shop, though strong engineers from top tech firms are welcome if the bar is met
• Shipping to production, working on something technically interesting
• Strong track record through education or work
• Any language except Python. C++, Java, C#, Rust all welcome
• Non-compete of 6 months or less

Location: London, on-site.
