Architect Lead for Analytics Team in Oslo

We are looking for a talented Architect Lead with extensive hands-on experience in data warehouse architecture, integration skills across various technologies, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Warehouse Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize data warehouse solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Integration Skills: Lead the integration of diverse technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms.
• Business Acumen: Understand and align architectural strategies with business objectives, delivering solutions that drive value and support growth.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Independent Work: Manage and execute projects independently, demonstrating initiative and accountability in achieving project goals.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Qualifications

‍

• Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Architect with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data warehouse solutions.
• Strong integration skills with various technologies and platforms.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and BI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in the Norwegian is a plus.
• Need a residence permit for Norway
• Willingness to travel as needed.
