You will decide what we build next and make sure the technology underneath it can keep up. This is a founding-level role. You will own product and technology with the founders. Expect to spend time in the product, architecture and code every week. Base salary starts at €100k a year, plus meaningful equity. The team works together in Helsinki five days a week. Own product vision, strategy, prioritization and the roadmap with the founders. The agent platform: knowledge, context, tools, workflows, state, permissions, versioning, deployment, evaluation, monitoring, and human escalation. Architecture across the frontend, backend, APIs, data, infrastructure, real-time voice, integrations, security and AI runtime. How engineering works, including coding agents, review, measurement and human accountability. Reliability, latency, privacy, model performance and the cost of running the product. Hire and develop the product and engineering team as the company grows.
