IT Support Technician

Job description

Resources offices in Finland are located in Rauma, Turku, Tampere and Helsinki.

We are looking for a IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN for a project. Duration is approx. 12 month.

Main tasks include:

- IT system installation and maintenance

- IT hardware installation and maintenance

- Driving license B-class

Skills required

- Customer service orientation

- Problem solving

- The job requires good computer skills for both Hardware and software

- Knowledge of windows operating system and most common applications is required and knowledge from Linux is considered as a benefit

Languages

- English (good). Other languages like French, German and Finnish will be considered as a plus.
