Brillian is a digital solution house born in the AI era. We craft AI-driven business solutions that give our customers a real competitive edge, from early discovery to production-grade delivery. Our mission is to help organizations navigate the AI landscape with clarity and build scalable solutions that actually last.
In short: curious, capable people who like building real things with smart humans (and smart machines).
We work across different roles depending on what our customers need and what we’re growing next. A lot of our work is around AI engineering, data, and GenAI solutions, but we also have people growing the business, building partnerships, shaping delivery, and keeping the whole machine running smoothly.
Typical profiles we often meet (and love) include:
AI Engineers / AI Scientists
Data-focused roles (engineering, analytics, ML)
Technical or strategic roles that are fluent in coaching, training and facilitating innovation
Design, delivery, and client-facing roles that help turn ideas into working solutions
Business, partnerships, and commercial roles that help us grow in the right direction
Whatever your domain is, we’d love to hear from you, especially about:
Projects where you’ve made a real impact (bonus points if the solution survived production)
The highlights you’re most proud of
What kind of problems you want to solve next
What makes you tick as a professional 🙂
The best way to start is to share a few basics so we can get a clear picture of you and what you’re looking for:
Your CV (or LinkedIn profile)
A portfolio, GitHub, or case examples if relevant
A couple of words about what you’re looking for and where you think you could make a difference at Brillian
We don’t always have a matching role starting immediately, but when the fit is right, we’ll stay in close contact and move quickly when something clicks!
We review open applications continuously
If we see a potential match, we’ll reach out for a quick intro chat
If the timing isn’t perfect yet, we’ll keep in touch and reconnect when a better-fitting opportunity opens up
We’re not big on buzzword bingo. We value people who do great work and enjoy building things with others:
Solid experience in your field (whatever your role is)
Flexibility and a learning-by-doing mindset
Curiosity for human–AI collaboration and GenAI solutions
Clear communication and a collaborative way of working
Ownership: you care about outcomes, not just tasks
Brillian is still small enough that your work won’t get lost in layers. You’ll see the impact in real customer outcomes, and you’ll have a genuine say in how we build our ways of working as we grow.
Meaningful, real-world work. Projects with forward-thinking customers, where we build things that get used (not just demoed).
High ownership. You’ll have room to shape the technical direction, make decisions, and build from the ground up when it makes sense.
A strong learning community. Senior colleagues, shared problem-solving, and continuous learning by doing.
A flexible, Finland-based setup. Hybrid work with flexibility built in, so you can focus when it matters.
A growth journey you can influence. We’re small and growing, which means you can help shape Brillian’s culture, practices, and future.
Fair monthly salary (this should be obvious).
Sounds like a place you could thrive in?
