Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, talented, and experienced Creative Director with a focus on UI/UX to lead our creative vision and shape our brand's visual identity and user experience. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions that align with our company's goals, with a focus on our website and mobile apps. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy that effectively communicates our brand identity and values while ensuring exceptional user experiences across our website and mobile apps.
• Oversee and manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to develop engaging visuals and content for various digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire our creative team, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best UI/UX design practices to drive innovation and ensure our creative output remains fresh and relevant.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and other creative partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistent brand messaging.
• Evaluate and optimize the user experience of our website and mobile apps, using data-driven insights and user feedback to inform design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design, branding, UI/UX, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful creative projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, and UI/UX design expertise for websites and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools, including prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts, rationale, and UI/UX decisions to team members and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire creative teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to think critically and creatively.
