At Foxway, we believe technology should be used for longer. Every day, we help organizations extend the life of IT equipment through smart, circular solutions that create value for both customers and the environment. Our purpose is simple: to make digital life easier while reducing unnecessary waste and extending the life of technology.
We are now launching a new Walk-in Service in Södertälje and are looking for Walk-in Service Advisor to help build the experience from the start.
As a Walk-in Service Advisor, you will be one of the first people customers meet when visiting our Walk-in Service. Your role is to understand what they need, guide them towards the right solution and make sure they feel supported throughout the process.
Whether someone needs help with a device, wants to understand their available options or arrives frustrated because something isn't working, your focus is to listen, advise and create a positive experience.
What you will do:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly way.
Understand customer needs through active listening and the right questions.
Advise customers on available devices, services and next steps.
Handle questions and challenging customer situations calmly and constructively.
Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage customer flow, waiting times and service priorities.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
You are naturally service-minded and enjoy working directly with people. You communicate clearly, stay calm when situations become challenging and genuinely enjoy finding solutions.
Previous experience from customer service, retail, helpdesk, hospitality, technical support or another customer-facing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A practical and solution-oriented mindset.
Confidence handling complaints or frustrated customers professionally.
The ability to manage several customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in technology and willingness to learn about different devices and services.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
You don't need to be a technician. What matters most is your ability to understand the customer's situation, provide good advice and make sure they leave feeling heard and supported.
You put the customer first and enjoy helping people.
You are approachable, patient and confident in your communication.
You take ownership rather than simply passing problems on.
You collaborate naturally with technicians and other colleagues.
You stay positive and solution-focused when things don't go according to plan.
Help build a new Walk-in Service in Södertälje from the beginning.
Join a stable and growing international technology company.
Develop your skills within customer service and technology.
Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Contribute to a more sustainable and circular use of technology.
We are reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so if this sounds like the next step in your career, apply quickly!
