Part of our offering is our Embedded platform, enabling enterprise partners across Europe to seamlessly integrate financial services – including saving, lending, and payments – into innovative product offerings. Additionally, we provide corporate and real estate financing, as well as sustainable savings with a government-backed deposit guarantee.
To meet future demands, we continuously scale our modern technology platform, expand partner integrations, and accelerate product innovation to help shape the future of financial services.
Working at Nordiska
Since our founding, we have been committed to driving innovation and creating meaningful impact. We work towards an ambitious vision and goals, backed up by our history of successfully delivering high-quality results and sustainable growth.
Historically and going forward, the people working at Nordiska are what enables our success. We balance our professional environment with an entrepreneurial mindset, always acting with honesty and responsibility, to build long-term trust among customers, partners and employees.
About the Role
As an IT Operations Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for keeping Nordiska's IT environment secure, reliable and efficient. The role combines hands-on IT operations and user support with technical ownership and continuous improvement. You will work across identity, endpoints, access, security and operational processes and play an active role in maintaining stable operations and responding when incidents occur.
In the role, you will:
Operate and continuously improve our Microsoft 365, Entra ID and endpoint environment.
Manage identities and access throughout the user lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and privileged access.
Manage and improve Windows and macOS endpoints using modern device management and security tooling.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across endpoints, identity, SaaS applications and workplace technology.
Automate recurring operational tasks and workflows and continuously improve documentation, runbooks and ways of working.
Contribute to vulnerability remediation, patching, security baselines and other operational security activities.
Participate in the team's on-call rotation and incident management, including troubleshooting, service restoration, documentation and follow-up.
Your Professional Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with improving how things are done. You are comfortable taking ownership of technical problems from investigation through resolution and documenting the outcome so that the team can learn and improve.
You are structured and service-minded, with a strong interest in modern IT operations, security and automation. You enjoy working collaboratively but are comfortable taking responsibility and driving work independently when needed.
We believe that you have:
3+ years of experience working with IT operations, workplace engineering, systems administration or a similar technical role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, groups, authentication and access management.
Experience with Microsoft Intune or another modern endpoint management platform, preferably across Windows and macOS.
Experience with scripting, automation or workflow automation.
Good understanding of identity and access management, MFA, least privilege and endpoint security.
Experience working with structured IT service management, ticketing and operational processes.
Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
It is also considered an advantage if you have experience working in banking, financial services or another regulated industry, or have practical experience with the operationalisation of ISO/IEC 27001, DORA or similar regulatory and information security requirements.
Application
If you’re looking to join a growth-driven environment that pairs innovation with profitability and reliability, welcome to Nordiska. We look forward to receiving your application.
