Ready to help take one of Europe’s most exciting B2B growth stories to the next level?
Are you an experienced sales leader who enjoys being close to the action, building relationships, winning deals, developing people, and driving revenue growth?
We are looking for a Senior Sales Team Manager to join our growing UK organization in our London (Richmond) office and play a key role in accelerating our next phase of growth.
We have already built a strong foundation in London with a growing local team. Now, we are looking for a leader who can help take our UK growth journey to the next level scaling our commercial impact, developing our sales team, and strengthening our position in the market.
The UK remains an important growth market for us, creating an exciting opportunity to join at the right stage: where you can have a direct impact, shape the future of the market, and contribute to building something ambitious.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine your own sales expertise with team leadership. You will lead by example, coaching your team, supporting strategic deals, staying close to customers, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
You will be part of an international sales organization, collaborating with sales leaders across Europe while having ownership of a key market growth journey.
In this role, you will:
Lead and scale our UK sales organization by developing our London team, strengthening sales execution, and building a high-performance culture.
Lead from the front by staying actively involved in the sales process — supporting customer conversations, influencing strategic opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Drive UK market expansion by developing new business opportunities and growing existing customer relationships.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals, helping them improve performance, skills, and career progression.
Support the team with deal strategy, negotiation, pipeline development, and sales execution.
Own sales performance through KPIs, forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making.
Bring market insights and customer feedback into the wider organization, collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and other commercial teams.
Partner closely with European sales leadership and contribute to scaling our international commercial strategy.
7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving commercial results.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing sales teams, with proven success in coaching others and improving team performance.
Experience selling complex B2B solutions to senior decision-makers.
Strong understanding of the UK business landscape and experience driving growth in the UK market.
Proven ability to manage and improve sales processes, including pipeline development, forecasting, and performance management.
A strong consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs and build compelling business cases.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
A hands-on leadership style — you enjoy coaching others but are also comfortable being directly involved in customer-facing sales activities.
A builder mentality — someone excited by growth, change, and the opportunity to make a visible impact.
A growth mindset, high ownership, and motivation to be part of an ambitious international expansion journey.
Join us at an exciting stage of expansion. With an established London presence and strong local team already in place, you’ll have the opportunity to take our UK organization to the next level and shape how we scale.
You’ll receive an attractive compensation package including base salary, commission, and a starter bonus to support you as you ramp up and continue building momentum.
From day one, you’ll receive a structured onboarding program and continuous development through our international AL Academy, giving you the tools and support to keep progressing.
As we continue growing, you’ll have opportunities to develop internationally. With offices in Helsinki, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Copenhagen, Berlin, Stockholm, Kuala Lumpur, and Barcelona, your career can take you anywhere.
We care about your wellbeing and want you to perform at your best. You can earn up to 12 additional vacation days annually and enjoy local benefits including gym and wellness perks.
Success is something we build as a team. We bring people together through company trips, international events, and local office celebrations.
Every summer, employees from all offices come together in Finland for our annual company trip — combining learning, connection, teamwork, and celebration.
With colleagues from more than 50 nationalities, you’ll join an international environment where different perspectives and backgrounds drive innovation and success.
Please submit your application and CV. We encourage you to highlight:
Your B2B sales background and customer segments you have worked with.
Your biggest sales achievements and KPIs you have owned.
Examples of teams you have led, developed, and scaled.
Examples of strategic deals you have influenced or closed.
