Ecommerce & CRM Coordinator
Ecommerce & CRM Coordinator – Babyshop Group
Babyshop Group is a leading global retailer within premium children's fashion and lifestyle, with a portfolio of own brands including Kuling and Stoy, across the Nordic markets and beyond. We're now looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce & CRM Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Stockholm.
About the role
You'll be at the heart of our commercial execution. You'll own day-to-day operations across CRM, onsite and our organic social channels, and coordinate campaign delivery with paid social. Your job is to make sure every campaign is accurate, on time and backed by data. Marketing and e-commerce sit together in a lean team, so you'll have real ownership across the full commercial cycle and see the direct impact of your work on results.
You'll work closely with the Ecommerce Specialist and work daily with colleagues across paid social, buying and brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery across email and onsite, and coordinate paid social activations, so that everything is accurate, on-brand and live on time
- Build, send and optimise emails and automations in our CRM platform, and own the email calendar across markets
- Manage our organic social channels, and plan and produce content that drives engagement and traffic
- Manage banners, filters, landing pages and homepage content in our CMS across all markets
- Report on campaign and channel performance, including revenue impact, conversion rate, engagement and channel contribution, and turn insights into clear actions
- Manage the commercial communication calendar and drive data-based prioritisation
- Keep paid social, buying and e-commerce aligned on upcoming launches for a coherent customer experience across channels
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar commercially focused role
- Hands-on experience building emails and automations in a CRM platform
- Experience managing organic social channels for a consumer brand
- Experience with CMS platforms; familiarity with Voyado, Norce or Storyblok is an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, reporting and turning numbers into clear recommendations
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail; you take full ownership of your deliverables
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- A clear communicator who can align multiple stakeholders around a shared plan
- Fluent in English, written and spoken; Swedish or another Nordic language is a requirement
What we offer
- A broad, commercially impactful role across the full digital channel mix
- Real influence in a lean, high-performing team where your work is visible and valued
- Exposure to the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and production to performance analysis and optimisation
- Career development within e-commerce, CRM or digital marketing as the team grows
- The chance to shape structure, processes and ways of working in a scaling Nordic e-commerce group
