The Snr. Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions in alignment with business goals and technical standards. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while maintaining system integrity and performance. The Snr. Developer will also provide ongoing support, perform advanced troubleshooting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. In addition, this position will mentor junior developers, uphold coding standards, and ensure development best practices are followed across the team.

Requirements:

  • Solution Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and admins, review code for quality and performance, and enforce development standards across the team.
  • Integration & API Management: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Celigo.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Technical Documentation & Support: Create and maintain technical documentation, support production systems, and proactively identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. 


    ● Experience ○ 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Salesforce Platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL). 

    ○ Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development. 

    ○ Experience with integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Celigo, or similar). 

    ○ Familiarity with Salesforce DX and modern development practices preferred. 

    ● Certifications: ○ Salesforce Platform Developer I (required). 

    ○ Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred). 

    ○ Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, JavaScript Developer I, or relevant cloud certifications are a plus. 

    ● Technical Skills ○ Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. 

    ○ Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development lifecycle tools. 

    ○ Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 

    ● Soft Skills ○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

    ○ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

    ○ Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams. 

● Salesforce workflow, flow, process builder, report, dashboard, and other configuration skills

● Salesforce data loader

● SLDC/Copado experience a plus
