Customer Success & Product Manager, SensorFu

Interested in helping critical infrastructure organizations get more value from cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions? We are now looking for a Customer Success & Product Management Professional to join SensorFu’s growing team.

SensorFu is a Finnish cybersecurity company focused on securing mission-critical networks. We develop solutions that help organizations ensure their isolated networks truly remain isolated, continuously testing network segmentation and detecting potential leaks before they turn into real security incidents. Our customers operate in industries such as energy, infrastructure, and defense, where even small vulnerabilities can have serious consequences. Our approach is built on transparency, innovation, trust, and simplicity in design, with a focus on practical security that works in real environments.

Would you be our new colleague?
This is a unique opportunity to combine customer-facing work with product-oriented responsibilities in a growing cybersecurity company. In this role, you will act as a bridge between customers, sales, and product development, helping customers maximize the value of SensorFu's solutions while contributing to how our products are packaged, positioned, and developed.

A significant part of your work will focus on Customer Success. You will lead quarterly business reviews, introduce new features, support product adoption, and identify opportunities for growth with existing customers. You will work with stakeholders ranging from automation engineers and cybersecurity specialists to decision-makers and C-level executives.

You will also collaborate closely with our product and development teams, translating customer feedback into insights and supporting product packaging, customer-facing materials, and go-to-market activities. Depending on your background and ambitions, the role may also evolve towards product ownership or team leadership as the company continues to grow.

This is a full-time, permanent position directly with SensorFu. The role is based in Oulu with a flexible hybrid working model. We hope you can regularly visit the Oulu office to support collaboration and future growth opportunities within the organization.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional who combines strong communication skills with an interest in technology and software products. You have several years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Product Management, Product Marketing, or similar roles, and you understand how software products are developed, positioned, and delivered to customers.

While you do not need to be a technical expert, you should feel comfortable discussing technical topics such as networking, Linux environments, and software solutions with customers and colleagues. Experience in cybersecurity, industrial environments, OT systems, SaaS products, or software development is considered an advantage.

Just as importantly, you are comfortable working in a growing company where not every process is fully defined. You enjoy taking ownership, moving things forward independently, and collaborating with highly skilled colleagues from different disciplines. You communicate confidently in both Finnish and English and are comfortable presenting and engaging with customers in either language.

Why join us?
At SensorFu, you will work with cybersecurity solutions that help protect critical infrastructure and essential industries from evolving threats. Your contribution will have a visible impact on both our customers and the future development of our business.

You will join a close-knit and highly skilled team where ideas move quickly and individuals have the opportunity to influence decisions. As the company grows, so do the opportunities to shape your role, take on greater responsibility, and develop your career. We offer a dynamic international environment, opportunities to travel across Europe, flexible hybrid work, occupational healthcare, culture and sports benefits, and the chance to be part of one of the most relevant and rapidly evolving industries today.

The salary range for this position is 4,000-6,000 €/month, depending on your experience, expertise, and the scope of responsibilities.
