Equal Opportunity & Hybrid Working

• Diversity & Inclusion: Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don't apply for roles if they don't meet all the criteria. At WPP Media, we strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested—we'd love to know how you can positively impact our team! As an Equal Opportunities Employer, race, colour, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status have no bearing on our hiring decisions.

• Hybrid Work Model: We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
