Hospitality Operations Specialist - London

About Bob W

I’m Bob W, your friend in town. I take the guesswork out of travel, blending the best of both worlds: hotel-grade consistency, local character, and a few surprises only locals would know. Every apartment is fully carbon offset and set up in Europe’s most interesting neighbourhoods, so you feel at home - just with better coffee and smarter tech. I’m building a new kind of stay: five-star comfort, local flair, and always a step ahead on sustainability. All you have to do is show up. I’ll handle the rest.

The Role

We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude to every task, whether working independently or as part of a team. As a Hospitality Operations Specialist, you will be the key person for reactive operations tasks, ensuring swift and effective resolution of any issues that arise across our London properties. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial as you conduct housekeeping quality audits to maintain our exceptionally high cleaning standards and manage our partnerships with suppliers. Additionally, your strong time management skills, confidence in decision-making and experience in the hospitality industry will set you up for success in this role.

This role follows a 7-day shift pattern with two rotating days off per week. While the standard shift is 8 hours, flexibility is required as shift times may rotate based on operational needs. It is a primarily hands-on position, with most time spent on-site, while some administrative work is also required and must be appropriately managed.

Please note that visa sponsorship or relocation support is not offered for this role.
