Helen Ydinvoima Oy | Nuclear Technology Manager

Helen Oy is one of Finland’s leading energy companies and a key contributor to the transition towards cleaner and more sustainable energy production. Helen’s goal is to achieve combustion-free energy production by 2040, with nuclear energy being explored as an important part of Helsinki’s future energy system.

Helen Ydinvoima Oy, a subsidiary of Helen Oy, is responsible for developing Helen’s Nuclear Energy Program and examining the prerequisites for new nuclear energy production in Helsinki. The program is currently assessing potential plant sites, evaluating plant technologies and suppliers, and developing alternative business models for future nuclear energy production.
