Marketing Coordinator Distributor Markets - Vitamin Well I Barebells I NOCCO

Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

Across Europe, we work with 15+ distributor partners, ranging from smaller markets building momentum to large, established businesses, each with different needs, priorities and opportunities. With that comes a growing flow of launches, content, social initiatives and activations that need to come together across markets and teams. We are looking for someone to help drive that forward.

About the role

As our Marketing Coordinator Distributor Markets, you will be part of our Global Sales team, working closely with the commercial team responsible for our European distributor markets. You will be the dedicated marketing point of contact for these markets, driving and coordinating marketing across the portfolio and connecting local needs and opportunities with Social, Brand, Studio and other teams at HQ.

You will contribute to business planning, help set marketing priorities and manage budgets, while establishing clear ways of working across the portfolio and onboarding new markets. A key part of the role is to coach and support markets, bring direction and ideas, and challenge when you see an opportunity to do things differently or better.

This is a hands-on role with a high volume of activity. You will move between smaller day-to-day marketing needs and larger launches and campaigns, coordinating briefs, timelines, assets and stakeholders and making sure things actually get delivered.

Social media is central to how we build our brands. You will help strengthen how our brands show up locally, with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok, creators and content, supported by the expertise of our Social, Brand and Studio teams at HQ.

This is a full-time, office-based position at our global headquarters in Stockholm. Travel within Europe is part of the role.

In short, you will:

• Coordinate marketing across our distributor markets – keeping priorities, initiatives and deliverables moving across 15+ markets and multiple brands.

• Drive projects across markets and HQ – bringing distributors, Social, Brand, Studio and other teams together from brief through to execution.

• Support and guide local marketing and social – helping distributors shape initiatives, prioritise opportunities and strengthen local execution.

• Manage marketing budgets and planning – contributing to business plans and keeping investments aligned with market and business priorities.

What you can expect

• Markets at very different stages – from smaller markets building momentum to established businesses with larger launches, activations and local marketing operations.

• A role close to the action – across launches, social, content and activations, with plenty happening across markets and brands at the same time.

• Strong expertise around you – working closely with our Distributor Markets commercial team and colleagues across Social, Brand, Studio and the wider business at HQ.

• A genuinely international set-up – building close relationships with distributor partners across Europe and seeing first-hand what works in very different markets.

Who are you

You are a marketer who is particularly good at making things happen across people, projects and priorities. You know how to take an idea or opportunity, shape what needs to happen, bring the right people together and keep the work moving through to delivery – even when several projects, markets and deadlines are competing for attention.

Social media is already part of how you think about marketing. You understand Instagram and TikTok, follow creators, content and what is happening on the platforms, and have worked in an environment where social plays an important role in building consumer brands.

You are structured and proactive, with the ability to create clarity and keep momentum across multiple priorities. You have good commercial judgement and the confidence to guide and challenge when needed, prioritising between different needs and opportunities across markets.

What you will bring

• Marketing project management: Strong experience coordinating a high volume of marketing initiatives in parallel – from smaller, fast-turnaround activities to larger campaigns and launches – from brief through delivery.

• Social-first marketing: Experience working in a social-first marketing environment, with a solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, creators, content and how social builds consumer brands.

• Stakeholder management: Proven ability to align and influence multiple stakeholders while keeping parallel projects, priorities and deadlines moving.

• Commercial judgement: Ability to prioritise based on market needs, opportunities and business impact.

• Practicalities: Fluent in English and Swedish, based in Stockholm and willing to travel within Europe.

You will most likely also have:

• Experience from food & beverage, FMCG or grocery retail, or a closely related consumer environment.

• Experience working with marketing across multiple markets or countries, potentially including distributor markets.
