Field Sales Executive UK Southwest England - Barebells I Vitamin Well I NOCCO

Vitamin Well Group develops premium functional drinks, snacks and protein products designed for modern, everyday life and on-the-go consumption. Our portfolio includes Barebells, NOCCO and Vitamin Well. With over 750 employees and revenue of more than SEK 10 billion, we are present in over 50 markets, with our headquarters in Stockholm and local teams and partners around the world. Our growth is driven by a focus on building strong brands, creating products with uncompromising taste and clear functionality, and consistently raising the bar across our categories.

In the UK and Ireland, NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well are a fast-growing portfolio across grocery, convenience, online and sport and fitness. Our momentum is built in the field through strong execution, trusted retailer relationships and a high-pace way of working. As the business continues to scale, the field remains central to how we win.

The role: Field Sales Executive Convenience

Southwest (Ideally NP, BS, SN, BA, GL postcodes)

This is a field-based role and a starting point into a commercial career in FMCG. You will take ownership of your own area from day one and be responsible for how NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well are distributed, displayed, and executed across Independent and Symbol Group convenience stores.

You will spend the majority of your time out in the field, visiting stores, working directly with store owners and managers to build distribution, improve visibility, and ensure our brands are consistently executed to a high commercial standard.

You will work closely with independent retailers and Symbol Group stores such as Budgens, Londis, Premier, Go Local and similar formats, developing each store and territory hands-on.

This is a get-things-done role: build the relationships, nail the execution and spot the opportunities that push the business forward.

In short your responsibilities will be:

• Represent NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well across Independent and Symbol Group convenience stores, ensuring strong visibility, availability, and execution

• Build lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and independent retail decision-makers

• Improve in-store placement, ranging, and availability of our products

• Identify new business opportunities to expand regional presence within independent and symbol group retailers

• Support retail partners with product knowledge, promotions, and data-driven opportunities

• Support new product launches and ensure they land properly in-store

• Share insights from store visits and local market activity with the wider team

What you can expect:

• Clear ownership and accountability for how NOCCO, Barebells and Vitamin Well perform in your region, with your impact visible through sales growth, distribution gains, and in‑store execution

• The autonomy to run your patch your way, planning your days and priorities, with the backing, coaching, and support of a driven and collaborative UK Sales team

• A fast‑paced, action‑led environment, where decisions are made quickly and progress is visible on the ground rather than in meetings or spreadsheets

• The satisfaction of building something that moves, turning relationships, strong execution, and new opportunities into real growth you can see in-store every day

Who are you

• You are at your best out in the field — walking into stores, starting conversations, and making things happen with independent retailers to improve visibility, distribution, and sales

• You take real ownership of your area and take pride in how your stores look and perform. When something is off in-store, you fix it. When you see an opportunity, you act on it

• You are driven by execution. Getting the right products listed, improving placement, and seeing your work translate into better placement and increased sales is what motivates you

• You are organised and self-sufficient. You plan your days, manage your territory, and stay on top of your priorities in a fast-moving environment

• You work effectively at pace. Priorities shift, new products launch, and targets are ambitious — you stay focused and keep moving

• You build trust quickly. You adapt your approach depending on who you meet and communicate in a way that is clear, direct, and professional

Essential Skills for Success:

• Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment, ideally within FMCG.

• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.

• Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver results.

• Excellent communication skills, both persuasive and professional.

• Proactive and resourceful mindset with a focus on solutions and opportunities.

• Ability to combine hands-on execution with longer-term commercial thinking.
