Etsimme asiakasyrityksillemme palveluhenkisiä ja oma-aloitteisia vastaanottovirkailijoita talvikaudelle 2026–2027. Vastaanotossa olet hotellin sydämessä – ensimmäinen henkilö, jonka asiakas kohtaa saapuessaan, ja viimeinen, jonka hän näkee lähtiessään.
Työtehtäviisi kuuluvat muun muassa sisään- ja uloskirjaukset, varausten käsittely, asiakaspalvelu, puhelin- ja sähköpostityö sekä lisämyynti. Päiväsi ovat vaihtelevia, ja pääset työskentelemään kansainvälisessä ympäristössä osana ammattitaitoista tiimiä.
Työt alkavat loka–marraskuussa 2026 ja jatkuvat talvikauden loppuun saakka, maalis–huhtikuulle 2027.

We are looking for service-minded and proactive Receptionists for our client companies for the winter season 2026–2027. As a receptionist, you will be at the heart of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure.
Your responsibilities will include check-ins and check-outs, reservation management, customer service, phone and email communication, and upselling hotel services. The role offers varied workdays and the opportunity to work in an international environment alongside a professional team.
The positions begin in October–November 2026 and continue until the end of the winter season, approximately March–April 2027.
