About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our team in Tartu. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recording and reconciling bank transactions
  • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers, communicating with customers and suppliers to reconcile and resolve differences
  • Preparing and processing payments
  • Assisting with month-end closing procedures and annual audit preparation
  • Supporting the finance team with regular accounting matters and ad hoc requests

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy – ability to track, manage, and reconcile payments
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – ability to handle payment-related inquiries with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and adaptable – comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Directo is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable or payable
  • Fluent in Estonian and English
  • Ability to work from our office in Tartu, Estonia
