We are looking for an Odoo Specialist to join Softagram and deliver Odoo ERP systems for our customers. You will work directly with clients, turning their business processes into well-working Odoo solutions, and you will see the impact of your work on their day-to-day operations. We offer customer-focused services for the implementation, development and maintenance of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, as well as the execution of AI solutions. Security is our top priority, both in our own operations and in our client work, and we have built extensive, long-term expertise in it. In our daily work we use modern development tools, such as Claude Code , and actively share best practices within the team. What you will do Implement and configure Odoo for customers: sales, projects and timesheets, accounting, inventory, website and more Customise Odoo with custom addons (Python, XML, OWL) Integrate Odoo with customers' other systems and migrate data Upgrade, maintain and support production Odoo systems Work with customers to understand their processes and propose practical solutions Must have Hands-on Odoo experience from real projects Python and the Odoo framework (ORM, views, security), or deep functional configuration skills PostgreSQL and Git fundamentals Fluent English Proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently Nice to have Experience with Odoo version upgrades and data migrations Docker and Linux server experience JavaScript / OWL front-end experience Understanding of accounting and project-business processes Experience with AI-assisted development Finnish language skills Why should you apply?
