Mitä odotamme

• We are looking for someone who has a vocational education or other upper secondary education (e.g. apprenticeship training or matriculation examination). Because the working languages in our factories are Swedish and Finnish, we are also looking for someone with at least intermediate language skills in Swedish or Finnish. Prior working experience is not required, but we value work experience from industry and from other branches.
• To be able to work in production at Mirka you need to be willing to work in 3-shift. As a person we also hope that you put high value on your own and others' safety, that you have a positive attitude towards work, that you are flexible and that you are a good team player. Being practical and knowing how to use basic tools is also an advantage in this job.
