We are expanding and currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead digital Salesforce transformations. As a part of our Digital Customer team, we shape, design, and implement sales, service, and marketing experiences, capabilities, and architectures required to bring customer strategies to life. You will play an important role in both winning and delivering our projects. You will be critical to the success of Salesforce projects and be the face of the team, interacting directly with our clients to ensure timeframes, budgets, and general acceptance of the solution is met. We work closely with our clients, and you will be building lasting relationships with executive clients and sponsors. Mitä odotamme

• You have a university degree (Bachelor or Masters)
• You have worked professionally within system implementation for 5+ years
• Strong understanding and experience working with CRM solutions such as Salesforce, MS CRM or similar
• You are either an experienced CRM consultant or product/ industry specialist who is interested in leading large scale transformation projects
• A passion for digital solutions, technology, and systems
• Strong domain knowledge and interest in Sales, Marketing, and Services strategy, processes, and technology
• Managed end-to-end transformation projects with direct client interaction
• Experience writing and/or leading bids for transformation initiatives in a consulting firm.
• Preferably, you have excellent written and verbal skills in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)
