Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Enterprise Greenhouse implementations with multiple workstreams, often running several projects at once Oversee the work of project team members across software implementation, solution design, integrations, data migration, and custom development to keep delivery on track Use independent judgment to set project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology for each engagement Build and maintain project charters, project plans, RACIs, and risk, issue, and dependency trackers Manage scope and change requests against SOWs, keeping projects on time and on or under budget Track customer sentiment throughout the engagement and raise risks early to protect satisfaction and NPS Collaborate with Greenhouse Success teams for smooth handoffs and long-term customer adoption Help refine Professional Services project management tools, templates, and processes as the team grows Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
