Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to define requirements and drive product development from conception to launch Build and improve full-stack experiences for Talent Matching, Talent Rediscovery, and related talent discovery workflows Design and ship search-backed capabilities using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch, including indexing strategies, query design, relevance tuning, ranking improvements, and semantic retrieval patterns Develop matching systems that combine keyword, structured, and semantic signals, applying AI/ML techniques such as embeddings, similarity search, classification, and ranking to improve match quality and consistency Partner with Applied ML and cross-functional engineering teams to evaluate trade-offs across relevance, latency, reliability, infrastructure cost, and user trust Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and contribute to team engineering practices
