Junior Group Controller

Tehtävä

Participate in the group monthly closing process Support the preparation of IFRS financial reporting, management reporting, and forecasting activities Assist in the quarterly, year-end closing and financial statement process Analyse group financial performance, key business drivers, and support management in decision-making Contribute to the improvement of reporting and forecasting processes Maintain and develop consolidation, management reporting, and forecasting systems Collaborate closely with Business Controllers and finance teams across the group Grow into a wider range of responsibilities as your expertise develops

Mitä odotamme

• Relevant educational background (M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration)
• A strong desire to build expertise in group accounting, consolidation, IFRS, and management reporting
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
• Good ability to leverage financial systems and technology, with previous experience in consolidation and/or reporting tools considered an advantage
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or auditing is considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English
