Depending on the project and position, responsibilities may include: Overseeing and coordinating civil, structural and architectural construction activities. Managing earthworks, groundworks, foundations, concrete structures, structural steel and building envelope packages. Coordinating contractors and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient construction execution. Monitoring construction progress, schedules, quality and technical compliance. Reviewing construction methodologies, drawings, technical documentation and contractor deliverables. Coordinating interfaces between CSA works and mechanical, electrical and other project disciplines. Identifying and resolving technical and site-related challenges. Supporting quality inspections, construction handovers and overall project delivery.
