JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SALES MANAGER Ylinen Solutions Oy is a company based in Pirkanmaa, Finland, specializing in residential battery storage systems, commercial and industrial energy storage solutions, solar power systems, and energy management solutions. Our sales, engineering, and installation services are all handled in-house, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for our customers. Due to growing demand, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of our sales operations across Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, developing customer relationships, and driving sales performance. You will actively participate in sales activities while helping to develop our sales operations and build and lead our sales team. We expect you to have strong experience in successful business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly in new customer acquisition, selling complex solutions, and developing long-term customer relationships. We particularly value experience in negotiating and successfully closing large B2B deals worth tens or hundreds of thousands of euros. Previous experience in sales management and sales team development is also highly valued. Experience in the energy sector or technical B2B sales is considered a significant advantage. Above all, we are looking for strong sales expertise, an independent and proactive approach, and a proven track record of achieving sales results.
