Internship Retail Commercial Operations

Join the Retail Commercial Development team and support the execution of Rituals’ global Retail strategy by working cross-functionally to bring commercial plans to life in stores worldwide. Throughout your internship, you’ll collaborate with passionate colleagues across Retail, Marketing, and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in project management, commercial thinking, and stakeholder management. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that encourages initiative and gives you the space to learn, grow, and build valuable skills for your future. What you’ll do: Assist the planning and coordination of global Retail initiatives through the Commercial Cycle, helping stores worldwide prepare for key commercial moments. Contribute to global Retail projects, such as Holiday Season Support the Mystery Shopper programme by analysing results, coordinating requests, and creating reports and visualisations to help markets identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience What you’ll learn: How global Retail initiatives are planned and brought to life in stores worldwide Project coordination and stakeholder management through cross-functional collaboration Taking initiative and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Data analysis and translating insights into actionable recommendations The internship is located in Amsterdam, at our Central Head Office. We are looking for an intern for 32-40 hours a week, from the 1st of February 2027 for 6 months.
