Projektipäällikkö – Teräsrakentaminen | Vakituinen työsuhde
Haemme asiakkaallemme Rautarekenne E. Kauppiselle kokenutta projektipäällikköä vakituiseen työsuhteeseen johtamaan teräsrakentamisen projekteja alusta loppuun. Tehtävässä toimit osana kolmen hengen projektitiimiä ja toimitusjohtajan läheisenä työparina.
”Rautarakenne E. Kauppinen Oy on vuonna 1979 perustettu vakavarainen perheyritys, joka on erikoistunut teräsurakointiin. Toteutamme monipuolisia teräsrakentamisen projekteja teollisuuteen ja julkisiin rakennuskohteisiin aina valmistuksesta asennukseen asti. Lähes 50 vuoden kokemuksella ja ammattitaitoisella henkilöstöllä olemme tunnettuja laadukkaasta työnjäljestä, toimitusvarmuudesta ja pitkäaikaisista asiakassuhteista.”
Työtehtävät
Vastaat projektien kokonaisvaltaisesta läpiviennistä aina laskennasta ja hankinnoista valmistuksen, asennuksen ja projektin talouden hallintaan asti.
Tehtäviisi kuuluvat mm.
- projektien johtaminen alusta loppuun
- kustannus- ja tarjouslaskenta
- hankinnat ja materiaalitoimitusten koordinointi
- valmistuksen ja työmaiden asennusten valvonta
- projektien aikataulu- ja kustannusseuranta
- laskutus sekä yhteydenpito asiakkaisiin ja yhteistyökumppaneihin
Mitä odotamme sinulta?
Etsimme henkilöä, joka pystyy ottamaan kokonaisvastuun projekteista ja työskentelemään itsenäisesti.
Toivomme sinulta:
- useamman vuoden kokemusta projektipäällikön tai vastaavan tehtävistä
- kokemusta teräsrakentamisesta tai rakennusalalta
- kykyä johtaa projekteja itsenäisesti alusta loppuun
- hyvää kustannuslaskenta- ja hankintaosaamista
- erinomaista piirustusten lukutaitoa
- vahvoja ATK-taitoja
- oma-aloitteista, joustavaa ja ratkaisukeskeistä työotetta
- B-ajokorttia ja omaa autoa
Koulutuksesi voi olla esimerkiksi rakennus- tai konealan insinööri tai teknikko. Myös vahva käytännön kokemus vastaavista tehtävistä korvaa koulutuksen.
