Business Development Executive

Uppgiften

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive new business growth and strengthen relationships with our existing customer base. You'll play a key role in expanding our market share through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers while maintaining strong connections with existing clients Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share Plan and conduct customer visits to understand and address their specific needs Prepare compelling sales proposals and quotations, and respond to customer enquiries Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Prepare documentation and presentation materials for project sales Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project progression, including performance bond preparation, delivery schedules, and installation dates Follow up on payment status with clients Perform other duties as assigned

Vad vi förväntar oss

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field from a recognized institution
• 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the engineering or packaging industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Meticulous, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Cheerful, pleasant personality with strong customer focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
• Technical background is a plus
• Able to start immediately preferred

Vad vi erbjuder

• Base salary: SGD 2,500 – 4,200 per month
