Uppgiften

Review job profiles and understand the attributes of our top performers to effectively source new prospects and applicants Advise managers on strongest candidates according to the departmental needs Manage the full talent pipeline through Greenhouse, LinkedIn and other possible automated sourcing tools: Source/evaluate talent, coordinate and conduct Zoom and in person interviews, reference check, set up necessary exercises, create, propose and execute job offers Coach candidates on sales interviewer role play methodologies and results Perform appropriate sales discovery and closing role plays during the interview process Meet/exceed individual hiring performance goals Attend job fairs and other local and regional recruiting events Join and manage weekly meetings, contributing feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates

• Results driven and demonstrated experience hiring effective talent in a fast paced environment
• Ability to meet/exceed individual goals and contribute to team performance goals
• Strong professionalism, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Experience in Google Workspace and MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Minimum college/university diploma required, HR background preferred
• Familiarity with US employment law
