Uppgiften

Vad vi förväntar oss

• You enjoy challenging, exciting, and socially significant projects;
• You have a master’s degree and initial experience conducting analyses;
• You are systematic, analytical, proactive, and solution oriented;
• In addition to MS Excel, proficiency in at least one data processing program (e.g. STATA, R) is an advantage;
• You are enthusiastic about details but also see the big picture;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English;
• You communicate freely with both your team members and clients, are not afraid of public speaking, and can persuasively justify your choices;
• Experience in project management, proficiency in qualitative methods, and communication-level proficiency in Russian are advantageous;
• Ability to work in the office in Tallinn or Tartu 3 days/week.
