Uppgiften

Vad vi förväntar oss

• University degree of at least 3 years of study
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a PMO
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing PMO structures, governance and methodologies, including templates, playbooks and governance documents
• Proven track record of delivering project management frameworks or transformation programmes in complex environments
• Experience training, coaching or mentoring professionals without a project management background
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Online) and in MS Planner, MS Project or other project management tools
• Ability to create structured templates, process diagrams and workflows in Visio, Miro, Lucidchart or equivalent
• English at C1 level, as English is the working language at AMLA
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complex project management concepts into simple, practical tools and guidance
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience driving change initiatives
• High level of self-organisation and autonomy, a pragmatic, hands-on attitude, and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining high quality standards

Vad vi erbjuder

• Full-time temporary role for 9 months, with possible extension based on operational needs
• Hourly salary: €33.24 (full-time position gross monthly salary approx. €4,819)
