CSM Project Manager Intern

Uppgiften

Own project plans for customer onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives, including scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines. Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and resolve blockers. Track and report project status, risks, and outcomes to CS leadership and stakeholders. Use KnowBe4 assessments, reporting, and health indicators to measure adoption trends and project results. Design, document, and continuously improve CS playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates, and rollout processes.

Vad vi förväntar oss

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs)
• Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)
• IT experience/exposure is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive-level updates
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Data-driven, using metrics to guide decisions influences stakeholders across teams without direct authority
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or customer-facing roles
• Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience working on projects involving customer support, onboarding, training, or account management (school, part-time, or internships)
• Proven record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities
