Customer Operations Project Manager, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo or Espoo

Uppgiften

Develop and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, risks and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within approved budget. Manage projects in line with atNorth’s project frameworks and governance requirements. Prepare and present project updates for reviews and key decision points. Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues and change requests. Prepare project budgets, cost estimates and cash-flow forecasts. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, clarify requirements, secure dependencies and manage expectations. Ensure structured reporting and accurate documentation of project deliverables, risks, decisions and lessons learned. Foster cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing and structured handovers across teams. Identify and manage risks across projects and operational interfaces. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, sustainability targets and relevant regulatory requirements. Contribute to strengthening project management capabilities and developing best practices across the organization. The role also includes responsibility for preparing business cases and investment requests, managing scope changes and change orders within delegated authority, and prioritizing project resources in alignment with portfolio priorities. In situations involving critical risks related to safety, compliance, financial exposure or strategic objectives, you will be expected to escalate and, when necessary, suspend project activities.
