Senior People & Culture Manager

Uppgiften

Vad vi förväntar oss

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within HR, People & Culture, or business partnering, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ideally gained in a consulting company or advisory environment.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams.
• Previous experience as a people manager is appreciated
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
• Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, and business growth.
• Solid knowledge of talent management, leadership development, and organizational development practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in an international, technology, infrastructure, industrial, or high-growth environment is considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.
• Strong local presence in Finland, preferably based in or around Kouvola area
• Valid driver’s licence, with the ability and willingness to travel within the Nordics when required.
