Uppgiften

Harjoittelussa pääset osallistumaan monipuolisesti tilan toimintaan olet sitten puutarha- tai luontoalan opiskelija. Työtehtävät ovat monipuolisia ja vaihtelevia yleensä myös päivän aikana: Luonnontuotteiden keruu, oikeanlainen käsittely ja jatkojalostaminen Taimikasvatus ja viljelypenkkien valmistelu Kylvöt, istutukset, kitkentä Sadonkorjuu, kauppakunnostaminen ja jatkojalostaminen Tarvittaessa myös myyntityö ​

Vad vi förväntar oss

• We don’t require previous gardening or foraging experience. However, we require an open-minded attitude, a proactive can-do spirit and the capability to do physical work.

• "Uoma's garden is a unique place to intern, where you can learn farming that respects all life. They take into account the micro-organisms in the soil as well as the interns. I learned a lot of basic skills, like weeding, irrigating, harvesting, composting, but also about compost tea, counting earthworms and mustard leaves, and many other things. Work is easy going and the intern is taken into account with clear and comprehensive instructions. Humour isn't forgotten, which makes the internship twice as nice.
