Marketing Specialist

Uppgiften

Plan, execute and optimise our owned marketing and communications channels, including the website, App Store and Google Play product pages, marketing newsletters and in-app messaging. Manage, maintain and continuously improve our website, built on Webflow. Support user acquisition through App Store Optimisation (ASO), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and AI Optimisation (AIO), ensuring Golf GameBook is easy to discover across app stores, search engines and AI assistants. Support Golf GameBook app and Tournament Manager user acquisition, retention and subscriber growth across the customer journey. Contribute to copywriting, creative content creation and marketing campaigns across all channels. Track, analyse and report on channel performance, using data to test, learn and improve results. Collaborate with product, design and other internal teams to ensure messaging is aligned with our brand, products and marketing goals. Contribute to other marketing activities and initiatives as our team and markets grow.

Vad vi förväntar oss

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or another relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a mobile app, consumer tech or subscription business.
• Experience in golf either professionally through work or as a hobby.
• Hands-on experience with owned marketing channels such as websites, email newsletters, and in-app messaging.
• Experience in managing and optimising App Store and Google Play Pages, In App Events and Promotions.
• Familiarity with tools across the modern app marketing stack. We currently use Figma, Webflow, OneSignal, Mixpanel, Adjust and RevenueCat.
• Experience with marketing analytics and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and meet clear deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally.
