Application Scientist – Superconducting Qubits

Uppgiften

Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs, challenges and requirements. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Gather feedback from customers about their experiences with our automation software. Collaborate closely with the product development team to convey customer feedback and contribute to product enhancement. Design, set up, and conduct experiments in our cutting-edge development lab to validate and refine our quantum computing automation solutions. Thoroughly document experimental procedures and results for internal reference and customer support. Assist customers in the installation and configuration of our quantum computing automation software and within their lab environments. Deliver comprehensive training and support to customers to ensure effective utilization of our automation solutions.

Vad vi förväntar oss

• A Ph.D. in physics, preferable with postdoc experience with superconducting qubits, or related areas.
• Demonstrated expertise in experimental setup and execution within the realm of quantum computing or closely related fields.
• Proficiency in programming and familiarity with quantum computing software frameworks.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate customer interactions and convey feedback effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or providing technical support is advantageous.
