At Integrify, we help companies build better technology teams by connecting them with skilled IT professionals and delivering tailored technology and talent solutions. We combine technology expertise with a strong understanding of people, business and customer needs.
We are now looking for a sales-minded Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Helsinki.
This is a role for someone who thrives on headhunting and working directly with customers - someone who can "sell" the right opportunity to a candidate and the right candidate to a company, and who is comfortable managing a high volume of open roles and candidate pipelines at the same time. You'll do high-volume outreach to source and engage candidates, and use your sales instincts to match, pitch and close on the recruitment side. You won't be doing business development or sales calls to companies (our dedicated sales team handles that). You will play a key role in identifying the right talent, understanding customer needs, and driving the recruitment and qualification process.
Headhunt and attract top IT talent using LinkedIn, networks, databases and creative sourcing approaches
Conduct high-volume outreach and contacting to build and fill candidate pipelines for open roles, reaching out to large numbers of potential candidates efficiently
Manage multiple open requisitions and candidate pipelines in parallel, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals
Work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and identify suitable candidates
Participate in customer meetings, helping to understand roles, team structures, technical requirements and business needs
Support job qualification and turn customer requirements into clear candidate profiles
Assess candidates' skills, experience, motivation and fit for different opportunities
Sell candidates to companies and opportunities to candidates — presenting strong matches persuasively and driving the process from first contact through placement, always with an eye on speed and conversion
Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the Finnish technology market
Follow the Finnish technology job market and identify new talent pools and sourcing opportunities
We're looking for someone who combines strong sales instincts with recruitment capability, and who has proven experience juggling multiple cases at once. You have:
Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, headhunting, staffing or a similar role, ideally in a high-volume, multi-case environment
Comfort and experience with high-volume candidate outreach — cold messaging, calling and contacting large numbers of potential candidates without losing quality or personal touch
A sales mindset and persuasive communication skills — you're confident pitching candidates to companies and opportunities to candidates, and skilled at closing successfully (no business development or sales calls to companies required — that's handled by our sales team)
Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with both candidates and customers
A proactive, target-oriented, and results-driven attitude; you enjoy reaching out, opening conversations and creating opportunities
Proven ability to manage a busy pipeline of multiple concurrent roles/candidates without losing quality or speed
The ability to understand customer needs and ask the right questions during job qualification and customer meetings
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate confidently with different stakeholders
Fluent Finnish and English, both written and spoken
An interest in technology and the Finnish IT market
A self-driven approach and the ability to work independently while being a strong team player
You'll join a growing technology company where your work has a direct impact on both our customers and the people we place. Our office is located in the heart of Helsinki, giving you a great base for collaboration, customer meetings and team life. We also believe in flexibility, so we offer flexible hybrid working and trust our people to manage where they work best. On top of a competitive base salary, we offer performance-based bonuses tied to successful placements, so your results are directly rewarded.
We offer:
💰 Competitive base salary with bonuses based on successful placements
🏢 Central Helsinki office in the heart of the city
🏠 Flexible hybrid working
🍽️ Lunch benefit
🎉 Culture benefit for activities and experiences
📚 Personal learning & development budget
💻 Company laptop
