Landax is the management system organisations use to run quality, internal control and ISO compliance, from deviations and risk assessments to checklists, documents and audits. It holds around 30% of the Norwegian market, and we want to grow it across the Nordics and beyond. You will join the Product Management team, which also owns UX, inside a Quality and Asset Management business unit of 150+ colleagues with teams in Denmark, Norway, the USA and India.
This is an individual contributor role with close coaching from senior product leaders. We work the way modern product teams do: AI tools to research faster, prototypes built in hours, and weekly learning from customers, so we go from idea to validated customer value in days rather than months. Your home base is our office in Oslo or Tønsberg.
Your role: AI-Native Product Manager, Landax
Talk to customers often, and turn interviews and feedback into sharp problem statements and clear opportunities.
Use AI tools to research markets in a fraction of the time and to prototype ideas in hours, so customers can react before engineering commits. Share the tools and workflows that prove their value.
Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and work shoulder to shoulder with engineering, UX and QA to shorten the path from idea to release.
Prioritise on customer value, effort and business impact, make your choices between scope, speed and quality explicit, and let usage data and small experiments tell you when to change course.
Shape intelligent features in Landax by defining the use case, success measures and quality guardrails together with the team.
Be the product voice in go to market: support sales with product expertise, partner with product marketing on presentations, release communication and campaigns, and become a trusted face for key customers.
Must-have
2 to 4 years in product management, product ownership, business analysis or a similar role, ideally with SaaS or B2B products. Candidates with strong potential and less experience are very welcome.
Everyday use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, and concrete examples of what you have achieved with them.
A practical grasp of what AI can and cannot do, including accuracy, privacy and bias.
Fluent English and fluent Danish or Norwegian, written and spoken.
A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to juggle priorities across teams.
How you work
Curious and humble: You seek feedback, share what you learn and are not afraid to unlearn old habits.
A pragmatic builder: You act, use sound judgement with incomplete information, and ship, measure and iterate.
Entrepreneurial: You spot opportunities in the market and iterate your way to success.
Product obsessed: You want to build something customers love to use.
Nice to have
Knowledge of ISO management system standards (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001), internal audits, deviation handling or risk assessment. Don’t have it? You will pick it up here.
Experience with quality management or internal control software.
What’s in it for you?
A home base in Oslo or Tønsberg, colleagues across four countries, and modern tooling from day one.
Real ownership: You join an early modernisation journey and help steer where Landax goes next. As an individual contributor, you get real influence from day one.
Meaningful impact: What you decide reaches organisations that rely on Landax to run quality and compliance every day, in a market where we already lead.
Growth mandate: Landax is a market leader in Norway with a clear ambition to grow across the Nordics and beyond. You bring the ideas, and coaching from experienced product leaders and room to experiment help you grow quickly.
AI-enabled leadership: AI is part of how this team works, from research and prototyping to the features we build in Landax. You will use it every day, and we want to hear what you learn.
Collaborative culture: Talented colleagues to learn from, spar with and have fun alongside. We are a big player in the Nordics with a start-up feel, and we run on trust, no politics and high standards.
