Nordic Account Executive (New Business)

GoGift has experienced substantial international growth in recent years and is keen on keeping this momentum going. To do so, we are looking for ambitious, and commercially driven Account Executives to help accelerate our growth in our Nordic markets by winning new business and helping organizations modernize how they reward and engage people.

If you thrive on opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing strategic deals, we’d love to hear from you.

Your impact on GoGift’s journey:

As our newest addition to the Sales team, you will be at the forefront of our expansion – creating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Nordic markets.

You will do so by:

• Identifying, engage and win new business opportunities aligned with GoGift’s growth strategy

• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting

• Run consultative discovery conversations with key stakeholders

• Understand client challenges and connect them to measurable business outcomes

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs for your market and customer segments

• Leading client meetings and negotiations with prospective clients

What we are looking for:

Most important is your can-do-spirit and ambitious attitude towards your goals: Sales is your passion, you have a hunter mentality, and you thrive on winning new business and achieving ambitious targets.

To be successful in the role you:

• Are self-motivated and target-driven with strong execution discipline

• Hold yourself to high professional standards and take pride in your results

• Structured, detail-oriented, and skilled in planning and prioritization

• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communicator in English and a Scandinavian language - written and spoken

What to expect at GoGift?

You will join our sales department - currently organised in three teams with a total of 35 colleagues. The department is a mix of varied professional backgrounds and nationalities making everyday life at the office a cultural hotpot and loads of fun, led by our Chief Revenue Officer, Morten Einfeldt Ibsen.

You will become part of an exciting and international company, with big ambitions, yet informal work environment. You will join a commercial organization with significant growth potential and global ambitions — and have the opportunity to develop your skills in collaboration with experienced colleagues.

• Global player in the rewards, incentives, and gifting industry and Nordic market leader for 20+ years

• Colleagues from 25+ nationalities united by the joy of gifting

• Continuous learning opportunities in a rapidly evolving digital and commercial landscape
